CWO3 Jared Heintz, USCG
CWO Jared Heintz most recently served as the CWOA Vice President from April 2015 – April 2016. He relieved CWO Philip Beddow as the new CWOA President at the 2016 CWOA Annual Installation Dinner. Jared has served as a member of the Steven Shields CWOA Chapter since September 2014. He joined the CWOA in September of 2011 during Chief Warrant Officer Professional Development. CWO Heintz promoted to ISM2 in June of 2011 and was assigned as the Information Systems Security Officer for the Coast Guard Intelligence Coordination Center (ICC) Suitland, MD. CWO Heintz is currently assigned to CG Cyber Command in Alexandria, VA. Prior to being selected as a Chief Warrant Officer he served as an enlisted Information Systems Technician and Telephone Technician. His enlisted assignments included CGC Decisive; CG Communications Area Mast Station Atlantic; CGC Active; CG Electronics Systems Support Detachment St. Petersburg; and CG Electronics Systems Support Unit Portsmouth. Other notable association experience included serving as the St. Petersburg, FL Chapter President for the Chief Petty Officer Association from 2008-2010. He is a graduate of American Military University and holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Intelligence Studies. CWO Heintz is from Murfreesboro, TN and he currently resides in Prince Frederick, MD.
