Maritime Safety & Security Specialist position
now available through Maritime Compliance International, LLC. a maritime
consulting company providing surveys, audits, assessments, plans and training.
This is a Contract employment position in the New Orleans/Gulf Coast area. The
Specialist will primarily be responsible for conducting inspections, training
and drills on board vessels and at waterfront facilities, as required by
regulations and approved plans. Minimum qualifications include at least four (4)
years Coast Guard experience and qualification as a vessel or facility
Previous boat, or seatime, preferred.

We are looking for self-motivated USCG veterans, preferably those who have
recently retired from Marine Safety units. Applicants must have strong written
and verbal English skills, a basic understanding of 33 CFR Parts 101-106, and
associated NVICs, and qualify for a Transportation Workers Identification
